my sister underwent surgery something like 6 months ago and they found cancer, they claimed to have gotten it adjectives, but now she have had some more symptoms, and the doctors say aloud it is back. what can she expect to experience, what is the best track to handle this.Bladder cancer?
Bladder cancer is one of the cancer that can tend to relapse, even if the initial surgery removed the entire tumor. The treatment would depend on where the cancer have come back and what quality of surgery she had initially. If she didn't enjoy her entire bladder removed and it has relapsed within the bladder wall again, a radical cystectomy (complete removal of the bladder) may be essential. Usually folks may need to wear a pouch on the outside, or substantial surgery centers can construct a neobladder to allow them to urinate more naturally. Because bladder cancer is relatively occasional, and the surgery may be complicated, she should go to a trunk cancer center for treatment. Also depending on the stage of the cancer, chemotherapy maybe high-status as well. Radiation treatment is usually not a part of treatment for bladder cancer unless within special cases.
The best way to manipulate it is to be supportive, and talk positively..Unfortuneately, Re-occuring cancer are not good.
If she requests to have her bladder removed than they can do amazing things very soon, trust me i know i no longer have one and i also dont enjoy a bag on the outside, its inside and i am alive. righteous luck to her.
Probably chemo and radiation.Did they remove her entire bladder? If not possibly surgury. I guess a full workup is in proclaim, cat scan pet scan etc... to see what they are dealing with. suitable luck
Let her oncologist make the decision, not a group of laymen.
