I am peeing blood and i feel abundantly of pressure?

Blood? That is not well-mannered. Go to the doctor ASAP. Bladder infection in common doesn't cause bleeding. Do drink plentifully of water or cranberry liquid until you get the appointment, or progress to the emergency room.
Go see a doctor immediately. Blood within pee is an indication of either Urinary Track Infection or Bladder infection. You'll be put on anti-biotic to clear up the infection and you shouldn't loaf cos the infection might travel up to your kidney and cause kidney infection. So turn to the doctor now.
Meanwhile, drink lots of marine and cranberry juice.
