Boy(2+) diarrhea for 8 days, sent to hospital,did blood /poo check. No Dehydr. No medi gien, still bleak, sugge?

Thanks for all the answers. All the assessment is done on Saturday. The blood test result shows in attendance is no dehyration. So doctor did not give any pills. They told me that they will let me know if the poo poo try-out result is not good. I brought my boy support, feeding him next to apple juice, rice, yougurt and noodles (no milk). Could be the juice.
could be ibs. cut the juice and sweets and see if that improves his issue.
his digestive enzymes are going crazy contained by his body. suggestion is cut the sugars no fatty foods,drink soup (LOTS).. and get sleep...product sure the room is well ventilate where he sleeps.
