Absolutely. If someone have a nick or unfold sore in their mouth ... and you own one on your genitals, then the HIV virus can be transmitted from them to you, or you to them.

It is not the highest risk hobby, though it is possible if there is an sympathetic cut, sore abrasion in the mouth and or on the ***, don't forget the sperm also carry the virus as well. I wouldn't achieve too concerned about it. People hold sexual intercourse and don't always achieve infected if their partner has the virus, and your likelihood of getting it through oral sex is way smaller number! It doesn't mean you should be stupid more or less it and act close to there is no indiscriminate at all. Just protect yourself contained by the future and if your worried bring an HIV test, you'll be glad you did, because when you capture that negative result you won't own this worry surrounded by the back of your mind anymore.
