Can i claim DLA for my daughter near hole within heart?

Can i claim DLA for my daughter near hole within heart?
DLA is awarded to individuals who need back with their precision and/or their mobility. Eligibility depends on several factors. First whether the individual requirements help next to their care on a regular foundation and they are not able to attempt that care for themselves. The mobility component looks at whether they can mobilise.
It is becoming more and more difficult for individuals to find DLA. You need to acquire medical evidence from a doctor, and ideally a specialist and as many reports to final your application for example from a social worker, occupational analyst etc.
Hope this helps. but in that are a number of disability websites that oblige with the DLA application.
I really couldn't answer that ask without knowing a heck of plentifully more about it. http://www.bhas.org.uk/dla/dla_child_ph_... have some good pointers though on whether she's eligible.
A tip from someone who's worked near DLA claimants: don't fill contained by the forms all by yourself: capture help from someone who know the process - Citizens' Advice would be a good first stop.
You will hold to ask the relevant office within Blackpool. It will probably depend on the degree to which her heart problem incapacitates her.
Please see Google prod on Disability living allownce (DLA).
