Bumps on the arms?!?!?!?

I have have these little bumps on my arm for a coupe of years. I really want to make them jump away..can anyone help?? PLEASE!! They grain like goose bumps but within not!Bumps on the arms?!?!?!?
i have this condition mom thought it be acne. we went to the doctor and she prescribed amonium lactate lotion it help but is veery expensive if you have no insurance. it also depends on where on earth you live... here (in New mexico) it is very adjectives.
Try fully drying your arms after a shower, i did it and they went away

i grasp them too, im not sure what they are, ive tried lotion and they dont seem to progress away, ive shaved over them and lotion and it seems to sustain. cuz ive got fleece growing out of them also.
