Can anyone minister to me fathom out a diagnosis report?

My friend received a diagnosis report and he needed me to help him read it, but I didn't understand it any. I was wondering if you may facilitate me out. The report said:
The bowel gas pattern is non obstructive. There is a huge amount of stool throughout the colon suggesting constipation. No definite urolithiasis is identified. Can anyone minister to me fathom out a diagnosis report?
Gas contained by your bowels is not blocking anything.
Your colon is full of poo because you are constipated.
You probably do not have stones surrounded by your urinary system.
To prevent constipation, eat a big bowel of raisin brain or shredded wheat everyday, and drink lots of wet everyday.
as richard said,buy a laxative
Evidently your friend has be having problems next to the colon. What this says is that the personality is constipated. "bowel gas pattern" evidently refers to the type and amount of gas in the colon.
The phrase "urolithiasis" is refers to "The process of forming stones within the kidney, bladder, and/or urethra (urinary tract). Kidney stones are a common motive of blood in the urine and anguish in the tummy, flank, or groin. Kidney stones occur within 1 in 20 folks at some time in their life" (medterms.com).
Simply buying a laxative is probably NOT going to fix your friend's problem. Constipation is usually a side effect of ingestion problems. It would be wise for your friend to consult near their doctor about what types of food they should be intake, and how their diet may need to be altered.
