recently have surgery and now hold a lot of torment due to scar tissue.Can anything be done something like defacement tissue surrounded by the lower posterior?

Refer to your doctor. I know how tender it can be. I am in duplicate situation. Terrible to have to own surgery to correct affects from having surgery.
