they could be acne but they could also be razor bumps they are cause when the shaving with a cut-throat which is not really sharp,it pulls the hairs and it cause the new spike to poke irritate the skin .some boils are also caused by using a dirty cut-throat if thats the case consequently its an infection u need to stop by a dermatologist to know what u really have.fitting luck
Well it might be acne if your a teen, and try using cleansing washes, dont neccisarly pop them, but you resembling neutrogena to wash it out so the blood doesnt draw from dirty and spill to even more bumps.
