Are here any infertilty side effects associated near doxycycline?

I was put on doxycycline for PID but after my results come back today, they be negative. They told me to pinch the rest but I've heard that they be a contributing factor to infertility. Please help.Are here any infertilty side effects associated near doxycycline?
Doxycycline will not effect to infertility but if you are pregnant consequently should avoid use it.For standard treatment of acute PID( pelvic inf lamination disease) as following;cefoxitin 2mg iv four times a day after follow by doxycline 100mg iv bid for 4 days then followup by doxycline 100mg two times on a daily basis by mouth for 10 days.I guess you already took by mouth for days why not finish the whole treatment.Culture distrustful is not mean you enjoy no pid,if physical examination and symptoms support the diagnosis.
PID is the most adjectives cause of involuntary fertility and ectopic pregnancy. PID, pelvic inflammatory disease is cause by the bacterial scarring of the uterus and fallopian tubes. As far as pregnancy and fertility goes, doxyclin should not be prescribed to woman who is pregnant as it may affect bone formation of the babe-in-arms.
