do tube lights emit uv rays to grounds hyperpigmentation? Are sunscreen lotions required even when indoor though out the daytime?
No to both questions. Only if a soul is subjected to DIRECT sunlight is sunscreen required.
When in doubt use an SPF 15 on your frontage. You need a few minutes within the sun everyday (bare arms for just a few minutes will work) to product vitamin D, after that use a suitable sun screen, even when you are indoors.
No, you solely need sunscreen for UV rays. And UV rays are just emitted by the sun and tanning bed. So, no need for sunscreen indoors.
no
Contrary to what everyone tell you, sunscreen is not required, even outdoors. This is commercialism at the extreme. This is a way for manufacturer to scare the bejesus out of you, to vend a product. Granted in some cases it may serve, but some studies have confirmed that some sunscreen make your skin cook. I am 63 years old and spent most of my youth beside shorts or swimming trunks. Sure I gpot sunburned sometimes, but so what. People got by lacking it for thousands of years. I have no skin cancer, after a lifetime of working and playing outside. Even when as a kid, I thought a mowhawk hairstyle would be cool, I burned on top of my come first and was miserable for a while. But no cancer. I discern it is more genetic than anything having to do next to the sun.
