Asbestos contained by the food?

i know a food factory where the roof is made of asbestos!!
when it rain it leaks contained by all over the factory have done for years!!
they wont fix it because of the asbestos would cost aroud 3 million to do it.
so do yuo think in that is a chance when it leak in it will be dropping minute particle of this deadly toxin within with it!
it leak in the cookhouse the bakehouse pretty much allover the factory!! should i be worried???
i notice the cockeroaches are gettin bigger!
