Benadryl is very decisive in controlling hives. I enjoy never heard of using apple cider vinegar within controlling them. There is also a special Claritin for Urticaria. I have have sucess with both Bendaryl and the Special Claritin, and previously Atarax prescription.
I hold heard of nouns with reducing the appearance of hives and reducing the itching beside a water and vinegar hip bath. I think you use roughly a cup of apple cider vinegar within a full tub. All per my Granny :)
If that doesn't help the typical treatments are use of antihistamines and cortisone cream. The antihistamines block the create of the reaction, while the cortisone cream reduce the itching.
That is one method that doesn't work for me. However, I do find taking a bath within oatmeal really helps relieve the itching and if you own swelling with the hives or muscle ache baking soda and/or epsom salts along next to the oatmeal does help. Vinegar solely agitates the burning sensation I get near the hives. I've used witch hazel on them with some nouns, though.
