Best piece to draw zits out of the skin?

I am looking for preferably a kitchen ingredient that does this well because most over the counter acne remedies dry and irritate and proactiv pushes my zits vertebrae under the surface. What help pull them out?Best piece to draw zits out of the skin?
Easy one, purloin baking soda and a little wet. Make a paste. This is amazing stuff. It can be used on zits, bits, or only about anything you entail out of your Skin.

Put ur facade over steam. Like a pot of just cooked pasta. Obviously dont travel so close that u get scalded, but close satisfactory for the heat/steam to open ur pores. Once ur pores are open, u can try using a cleanser or just bathe with regular soap and river. After washing, close ur pores again beside cold water (preventing any creams etc from one locked in them). Haven't u ever notice that some zits seem to become closer to the surface after a shower or a hours of daylight in the sun/tanning bed? It's from the roast opening ur pores and allowing the crap to surface and be expelled! Good luck!
