Arm's pimples?

I hav something growing on my arm (both), which i think is not pimples in actuality. I used to go squeeze it & some white item will come out of it. I got it when im 10. my family circle have this too, but thiers wont go scars after they enjoy squeeze it. Im at my teens, how do i get rid of those 'pimples' on my arms? Stop it from growing & achieve rid of the scars?Arm's pimples?
Not sure you want to sandblast your arm. But anyway, I acquire those too - usually it is the result of rubbing them too much, in matching way that if you frequently touch your facade you will rub dirt into your pores and cause pimples.
Basically, I've found that if I maintain clean and evacuate them alone, they go away. The scar will disappear over time, but you can try some creams specifically designed for scar removal.

Your bumps are called hyperkeratosis. It's cause by a vitamin A deficiency. It cause your skin to produce too much protein, which blocks your hair follicles. It's most adjectives on the arms and thighs.
Increase your Vitamin A intake, and also apply Vitamin E oil or cocoa butter to the scar.
