If the working girls (or boys) have HIV and know in the region of it, my hope is that they're using sufficient protection for their clients. Condoms are still the most effective prevention tool for HIV.
In plentiful states in the US it is wicked for a person who know (s)he is infected with HIV to occupy in sexual diversion with another creature without first disclosing.
